Coping with Online Learning During Coronavirus

It’s the third week of April and some states have just announced they’re planning to keep schools closed until mid-May at the earliest. The whispers about opening up in time for year-end are not very encouraging.

For college and high school students, especially seniors, this is an especially difficult time. For most of our members, they will remember COVID-19 the way their parents remember 9-11 and their grandparents remember the Kennedy assassination.

TribLive has a piece on how some college students are finding the new normal.

By the way, very soon we’re going to be announcing a place where students and teachers can go to share their experiences with the new normal–the good and the bad, and hopefully with sharing we can help find ways to make things better.
